    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with physical therapists to implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients across diverse age groups and conditions in a general outpatient clinic setting.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, fostering patient recovery and mobility improvement.
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team.
    • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies to enhance long-term outcomes.
    • Foster a compassionate and supportive environment, promoting patient engagement and compliance with prescribed treatment plans.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    • Associates degree in Physical Therapy
    • Ten week clinical practice from educational program
    • Physical Therapy Assistant graduate eligible for Oklahoma Licensure

    Licensure / Certification

    • Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners
      Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
