An immediate opening is available to the experienced Cardiovascular ICUCVICUnurse leader with a nationally-recognizedhospital system in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. This opportunity will offer room for career growth to the experienced Cardiac ICURN.

This 400+ bed short-term acute care facility offers a broad range of medical services to patients in the surrounding communities, including: top-ranked cardiovascular services, inpatient and outpatient surgery, 24/7 emergency care, adult inpatient medical surgical and intensive care, oncology services, physical and occupational therapy, and much more! This hospital was recently named as one of the top hospitals in the State of Georgia and is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Reporting directly to the Cardiovascular Services Nursing Director, the Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Services CVICUwill have the wonderful opportunity to oversee 2 separate fast-paced units, including the 12-bed CVICUand 28-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit for a total of 40 inpatient beds.The Nurse Manager will become responsible for management and supervision of an experienced team of 30, including Charge Nurses, StaffRNs, Techs, and CNAs.The Nurse ManagerCardiac Intensive Care Services will work with the Director on unit budgets, identify opportunities for performance improvement and continued nursing education, and will ensure safe and appropriate staffing for both units while upholding the mission and values of the organization.

Requirements for the RN Manager Cardiology CVICU include:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in NursingBSN
• Georgia State RN License (or Compact RN License)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in CVICU,cardiovascular intensive care services
• Recent experience asANMAssistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Coordinator
