Job Description
Help build Ecolabs dry wiper business by becoming a Corporate Account Manager at National Wiper Alliance, a business of Ecolab (nationalwiper.com). The Corporate Account Manager is focused on retaining and growing a sizeable customer portfolio at National Wiper Alliance, a business of Ecolab while also improving the profitability of this portfolio. The Corporate Account Manager will also be responsible for driving towards a new business target on an annual basis commensurate with the needs of the business.
The ideal location for this position is the Ashville North Carolina area or candidates living in the South East region of the US near a major airport. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Primary responsibilities:
- Retain and grow a sizeable customer portfolio by being high, wide and deep with your customers.
- Achieve annual new business sales target set yearly by expanding and delivering on the sales pipeline by leveraging the stock product portfolio and custom product portfolio of dry wipers available to you to sell into customers (nationalwiper.com).
- Work closely with key decision-makers at top 10 most strategic customers to partner in the growth of their business.
- Ensure no attrition of base business by providing a high level of value, responsiveness, and expertise to existing customers.
- Collaborate very closely with plant supply chain on forecasting and explaining customer needs to ensure no backorders and meeting of customer expectations.
- Partner with plant finance team to structure profitable win-win deals, drive portfolio profitability, and develop pricing plans to be delivered to customers.
- Work with Ecolab divisional counterparts to sell into their corporate accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Represent National Wiper Alliance, a business of Ecolab, at tradeshows for the non-woven industry (some of which could take place over weekends / evenings).
- Maintain and grow knowledge of industry trends, competitors, competitive offerings, and impact on customers and prospects.
- Consistently merchandise value with customers by periodically delivering executive business review.
Monitor sales trends and activity related to product responsibility. - Interface and travel with/to customers as needed 10-20% domestic travel.
- Embrace Ecolab culture by following through on commitments, modeling ethical practices, and interacting genuinely with others.
Basic Qualifications:
- Self-starter who can work with a high degree of ambiguity and is relentless in their follow-up
- Proven track record of successful sales and budget attainment
- 7+ years of Sales and/or Manufacturing Industry Sales experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency with MS Office software
- Proven relationship management, communication, and consulting skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teammates, and prioritize multiple projects with very strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the nonwovens industry
- MBA/Advanced Degree
