An award-winning acute care hospital located in central New York is currently searching for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor Interventional Radiology to join their established healthcare system.

This regional leading medical center is home to over 500 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of awarded acute care services. This location offers exceptional emergency and critical care, womens health and birthing services, cardiology, oncology, behavioral health, surgical services, pediatrics, and much more. The RN Nurse Supervisor Interventional Radiology will join a system that strives to provide optimal patient outcomes and promote ongoing community health.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN Nurse Supervisor Interventional Radiology will lead and oversee the daily operations of the unit. The RN Nurse Supervisor is responsible for managing the unit staff schedule, leading unit huddle meetings, monitoring staff performance, helping with quality assurance projects, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies. The RN Nurse Supervisor also functions as a clinical expert within the unit and leads ongoing staff education and evaluation. The RN Nurse Supervisor will also help to cover on-call.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse license in the state of New York or ability to obtain
• Expert knowledge of procedural interventional nursing and recovery
