    Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

    Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

    Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week,Monday - Friday, no weekends
    Length: 13 weeks

    Requirements:
    • WY License
    • 1 Years Experience
    • BLS
    Other Details:
    • Flu Vaccination or Declination (Equivalency)
    • Settings will vary between: outpatient, home health & school.
    • ***If floating between locations: Vehicle will be provided. Must have a valid driver's license. Days would start upon arrival at the location they are scheduled on that day. Drive time pay only applies if traveler is scheduled at two locations on the same day.**

    Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.


    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

    Estimated Weekly Rate: $2444 per week
