CORE RESPONSIBILITY

1. Providing color options for properties
2. Utilizing software to create images
3. Work with HOA Sales rep to obtain color information for their customer and archive
4. Color Books for HOA and New Home Construction
5. Assist Sales reps in making decorative product recommendations to the customer

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION

Required:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Time management skills to organize daily planning

Preferred:

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Required:

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
