    Business Account Administrator

    Sales Administrative Assistant

    Our sales department is looking for an exceptional sales administrative assistant with strong customer service skills to support our sales team. This position works closely with the Sales Team Leader and other support personnel to ensure the clients brand marketing and consumer strategies are implemented. The ideal candidate will perform administrative duties, act as a liaison between the sales team and client, and be a point of contact for conflict resolutions.     Responsibilities:

    • Administer theclaims, deductions, and reconciliation processes by meeting client andcustomer expectations through maintaining accurate records.
    • Support BusinessDevelopment Specialist.
    • Support andresolve administrative activities by maintaining communication flow andserving as a liaison for the Sales Team.
    • Assist SalesTeam in coordinating events and creating sales presentations.
    • Process invoicesand billing. Assist Business Development Specialist with repayments, receivables, and collections.
    • Support andresolve administrative activities by maintaining communication flow andserving as a liaison for the Sales Team.
    • Interface withCustomers and Clients to ensure outstanding customer service.
    • Maintainefficient forms management process through consistent application andtraining.
    • Maintainpromotional materials through tracking vehicles (i.e. spreadsheets, sampleinventories, quotes, and bonus tracking).
    • Administerprocess for providing Sales Team with accurate andtimely promotionalcontracts.

    Qualifications:

    • High SchoolDiploma or GED or equivalent experience.
    • 1-2 years ofexperience in applicable field.
    • Strong computerskills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.
    • Preferredexperience in bookkeeping/accounting experience.
    • Strongprioritization skills.
    • Ability tovisualize and plan objectives and goals strategically.
    • Excellentwritten communication and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellentcustomer service orientation.
    • Goodinterpersonal skills.
