    Caring Angels Home Carein partnership with ABA Center of Jersey City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
    • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health.
    • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to provide holistic care.
    • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
    • Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

    Requirements

    • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and special education principles.
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
    • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and patient assessment methodologies.
    • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to patient behavior.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
