    This renowned Children's Hospital is located in beautiful Colorado and is actively seeking a Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager. As part of a nationwide healthcare system known for its emphasis on career development and internal growth,they are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced NICU Nurse Manager to leadthe thriving Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

    The chosen candidate will oversee a state-of-the-art NICU comprising 84 beds, encompassing a Level IV NICU, Level III, and Level II NICU. With a patient volume ranging from 50-60, the NICU Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care. Supported by dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinators and collaborating with a fellow NICU Manager, this position reports directly to the NICU Director.

    The NICU Nurse Manager will lead a team of 170 full-time equivalents, including registered nurses, clinical coordinators, and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate must possess an unencumbered and active RN License, demonstrate previous leadership experience in the NICU, and ideally bring experience with a Level III and/or Level IV NICU.
