An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced RN Manager Medical Surgical Services to join their dynamic healthcare team.

This regional leading healthcare organization offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the RN Manager Medical Surgical Services is responsible for all unit operations including staff management of 30+ FTEs, regulatory compliance and survey readiness, inventory management, quality control, and department fiscal budget. The Nurse Manager will also serve as the unit representative and liaison between organization leadership, other departments, and hospital staff.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain prior to hire
• Prior leadership experience inan acute care setting
