Job Title: Bicycle Technician

Location: Boyne City, MI

Pay Range: $18.00

Whats the Job?As a North Country Cycle Service Technician, your job is all about caring for bikes so their owners love to ride them. Working with the highest quality tools available, you will build bikes, perform repairs and complete tune-ups as diagnosed by the Service Writer. This includes basic adjustments to the major components and being open to learning higher level service skills such as brake bleeds, suspension rebuilds and full bike tear-downs. Although we work on all levels of bikes, our focus is on high-end products.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service
   
2. Meet sales goals
   
3. Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
   
4. Ability to learn and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
   
5. Maintain a keen interest in the industry and market trends
   
6. Participation in the company events and sales
   
7. Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
   
8. Keep stockroom and inventory maintained and organized
   
9. Properly complete transfers, check-in orders, and follow all protocols and procedures
   
10. Ability to meet all customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction
    
11. Complete all required training programs
    
12. Ability to understand and adhere to all company policies and standards
