    Position Summary

    Seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to work in our Patching Center of Excellence (PCOE). The ServiceNow SecOps engineer will work closely with enterprise operations vulnerability remediation teams, providing direction, guidance, reporting and oversight, ensuring the application is configured, customized, and integrated to meet business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues and providing support to the resolver groups to improve system functionality and efficiency. This engineer will help define best practices for application, network, server, and workstation vulnerability remediation using ServiceNows Security Operations (SecOps) module and work with the ServiceNow team to support its administration and maintenance.

    What Youll Do

    • Oversee SecOps processes (Prioritization and Ticketing)

    • Understand vulnerability management, infrastructure/criticality/prioritization, and ITSM processes

    • Help route vulnerabilities to the correct Resolver teams and provide collaboration between the Resolver teams using SecOps to address vulnerabilities

    • Provide SecOps reports/dashboards and other administrative work to manage the SecOps configuration

    • Support the ServiceNow system admin team in overseeing maintenance and support of the SecOps module

    • Serve as the primary point of escalation/communication for SecOps ServiceNow enhancement requestsand troubleshoot and resolve SecOps issues, working with the ServiceNow support team and other IT teams as necessary

    • Assist the ServiceNow system admin team in maintain the ServiceNow platform including system configuration, customizations, and integrations as well as work with the ServiceNow development team to conduct SecOps testing related to version upgrades

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent

    • 5-10 years of related experience

    • Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps administration

    • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SecOps module and an understanding of ITIL or other IT frameworks

    • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) experience (also referred to as SCCM)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • ServiceNow Administrator certification

    • CompTIA Security+

    • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management (MECM/SCCM)

    • Experience with ITIL or other IT frameworks
