This 150 + bed medical center is apart of a well-established health system in California and is well known for its commitment to the high quality care of their patients. This particular hospital is known for their Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center and excellence in inclusive care.

Reporting to the Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Director, the Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will lead a terrific team of seasoned health care workers. They will collaborate with exceptional surgeons and will be supported by experienced Registered Nurses and Surgical Technicians. The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the Ambulatory Surgical Unit.This technologically advanced Ambulatory Surgery Unitoffers state-of-the-art equipment and a broad range of surgical treatments. The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee a busy department and be able to manage multiple operating rooms that cover a wide variety of specialties.

The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will ensure that their staff provide high quality and cost effective care while developing and maintaining clinical standards of care. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for monitoring all of their departments resource budgeting, staff training and new hire screening. They will take initiative by designing new processes to improve the systems that are in place to improve the efficiency of the Ambulatory Surgery unit.
