Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Outpatient

Shift: Days / 8a-4p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirements: Some weekends and holidays possible. Must work 2/3 holidays that fall within contract.

On Call Requirements: Occasional Saturday coverage

Requirements:

• IN License
• 1 Year Experience
• General Experience: Home Exercise Programs, Lifting and Transfer, Patient Family Education
• Equipment and Devices Experience: Bed Alarms, Call Lights, Gait Belt, Hospital Bed, Rolling Walker, Sit to Stand Lift, Sliding Boards, Specialty Beds (Air Mattresses), Standard Walker, Supplemental O2, Traction Table
• Documentation Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Reassessments, Plan of Care, Short Term Goals, Time Management
• BCLS
• Manual Therapy cert preferred

- Modalities: Cervical Traction, Cryotherapy, E-Stim, Iontophoresis, Lumbar Traction, Moist Heat, Ultrasound

- Neurologic Experience: Admissions, Concussion, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Nerve Palsy, Parkinson's Disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, TBI

- Orthopedics Experience: Ankle Sprains, Cervicalgia, Degenerative Disc Disease, Elbow Injuries/Tendinopathy, Extremity Mobilization, Frozen Shoulder, Gait Training, Hip Fractures/Injuries, Knee Injuries/Tendinopathy, Low Back Pain, Lumbar Traction, Post Op Cervical Surgery, Post Op Shoulder Repair, Post Op Spinal Surgery, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sciatica, Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement

Unit Information: This is a critical access hospital with both acute care, swingbed, and outpt needs. There is a broad spectrum of diagnoses. 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $2161 per week
