An excitingcareer opportunity has just become available inNorthwestern LosAngeles for the Surgery Center Nurse Administrator! The Registered Nurse with a background inperioperativenursing and surgery center operations will be welcomed into the role by a supportive group of staff.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President ofASCOperations and the Medical Director, the Surgery Center Nurse Administrator will have the wonderful opportunity to autonomously coordinate and direct all daily surgery center operations. Overseeing less than 4 operating suites, the RN Administrator will have the pleasure of providing hands-on leadership to all RN and ancillary staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory agencies. The Surgery Center Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, and Clinical Coordinator will all report to this role. The Surgery Center RN Administrator will also be responsible for budgeting, business development and strategy, as well as handling all HR-related activities including physician and employee relations.

Requirements for this role include:

• California-State Registered Nursing RN License
• 5+ years ofhealthcaremanagement experience
• Previous experience within an ambulatory surgery centersetting
