Experience:

24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed hours: 36

Variable start and end times.

Will work on central resource pool. Every other weekend and holiday.

Specialty certification preferred.

Every other weekend, every other holiday. Straight nights shifts, rotating shifts, or blocked scheduling (1 week orientation, 7 weeks of days, 6 weeks of nights).

Floating to over units/departments: Yes, Med-Surg float units; travelers are the first to be reassigned to another department.
