    Director of Resident Experience

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The role of Director of Resident Experiences youre the first-person prospects and residents meet when they come home. You take ownership and pride in creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships with residents and guests. Your natural ability to strike up a conversation and make people feel at home is what enables you to excel.

    During the first 12-18 months while in this role your primary project will consist of acting in the capacity of a liaison to ongoing capital expenditure (Capex) construction projects at the community.

    • As a Director of Resident Experience Services, your primary responsibilities include:

      • Serves as a liaison between residents, contractors and clients
      • Handle customer complaints and questions, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
      • Streamline operations, handle coordination efforts, incident response and conflict resolution
      • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
      • Attend weekly construction meetings
      • Walk property and vacant apartments as needed
      • Provides excellent customer service, responds efficiently and maintains high customer satisfaction
      • Keep records of customer interactions and construction activities
      • Building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community
      • Obsessively organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators

      What You Bring to Us:

      • College degree preferred
      • 2+ years experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
      • Construction experience highly preferred but not required
      • Proven customer support experience
      • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and people
      • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
      • Proficient knowledge of excel
      • Ability to work independently and prioritize
      • A sharp professional appearance
      • An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customers needs
      • A customer-focused mentality
      • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays!)
