Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, working with a large, well-respected, nonprofit organization in applied science/technology development. Looking for multiple (10+) Electro-Mechanical Tech II in Columbus, OH. This is a 6-Month Contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion to FTE/Perm.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Tech II
Location: Columbus, OH 43228
Pay: $23-$25an hour + benefits,
Schedule: Fully Onsite, 6:30AM to 3:30 or 4:30PM, including 2-30min & 2-15min breaks

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced diagnostic analysis of products using schematics, diagrams, and system knowledge
  
• Conceive and proptype electrical and/or mechanical devices, including armor, switch panels, wire harnesses, suspensions, or lights
• Working on assembly of products to meet defined schedule, monitoring schedules, output and quality, as well as leading/providing guidance to less-senior staff
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
  
• 2+ years of strong experience in conducting related electrical/mechanical assembly tasks
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience in related field
  
• Eligible to receive a Security Clearance
• Plus: specialized degree, such as Electronics Engineering Technology or Automotive/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician backgrounds
