Position Title: Operator 1st Shift

Wage: $14.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Visually inspect cabinet parts to ensure quality of product and notifying lead of unacceptable quality.

- Operates and maintains machines by following specific direction as given by trainer.

- Builds all custom wood product per instructions on production paperwork

- Utilizes Production Log to ensure proper order sequence.

- Operates and maintains spray guns, booths, and pumps by following specific direction from trainer.

- Daily clean-up of the work area when shift is completed.

Operator Requirements:

- Lift up to 50# by yourself - anything over 50# would be a team lift throughout a 8-10 hour shift.

- Prolonged standing for 8hr - 12hr shifts.

- Repetitive bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, twisting.

- Able to work in a hot environment.

- Able to read a tape measure.

- Computer skills are a plus.

- Able to do basic math and matching.
