The OR Nurse Director will join an experienced team and help oversee the OR including Pre-op, PACUand Endoscopy. The OR Nurse Director will take responsibility and accountability for the strategic planning and success of surgical services. They will be responsible for increasing volumes that have strategic and positive financial impact on the current and future success of the hospital.

The OR Nurse Director will have previous clinical experience in an OR setting as well as previous leadership experience. Nurses with their MSN will earn quick interviews. The OR Nurse Director will work closely with The Chair of Anesthesia and Surgery, Director of Operations, and the Director of Imaging and Cardiac.
