Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the plan of care for a specific assigned group of patients. The North Hills Hospital staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including the older adult through geriatric, and pediatric patients from newborn through adolescence. The attached criteria based performance evaluation provides a specific set of standards as they relate to age specific competency

What qualifications you will need:

• ENPC within 90 days of hire
• PALS within 90 days of hire
• TNCC within 1 year of hire
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse. Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
  
• Associate degree in Nursing or Graduate of a school of professional nursing
  
• BCLS
• ACLS
• 1+ yrs ER experience
• Triage proficient
