Who are we seeking?

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Maintenance/Environment of Care leadership experience in a large skilled nursing community (120 bed+) setting and a proven track record of success with ability to discuss survey outcomes.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to establish solid relationships and relate positively to residents, families, and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other team members at all levels.
