    Job Summary and Qualifications

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Float PoolRN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

    What will you will do in this role:

    • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

    • Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

    • Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

    Job Requirements:

    • 2yearsof recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

    • BSN is preferred

    • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Other-Fingerprint Required

    • Registered Nurse Diploma
