TheICUAssistant Manager will carry much responsibility in the Critical CareDepartment including but not limited to:

• Overseeing staff nurses while being under the director of a Manager and Director of the department
• Use resources to guide the guide the provision of nursing services to patients and their families
• Ensure each and every patient is attended to and taken care of
