Experience:

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Minnesota license in hand at the time of application.

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Eve/ Night shift weekends as needed Med/Surg RN working in the Observation unit (must also be able to work charge) and taking Med/ Surg Borders in the E.D. (no charge while in ED).

RN must have Tele experience.

BLS ACLS must be AHA

Training in medical clinical nursing and arrythmia monitoring, basic EKG interpretation and cardiac drips

Maximum days off: 7 days
