    About This Role

    The Mgr Home Internet Installation Services position has ultimate responsibility for all residential and commercial customer installations, processes, trouble resolutions, supplier relationship, and scheduling portal maintenance.

    Provides management pertaining to all installation activities, including assisting in coordinating the management of scheduling, training, invoicing, and customer experience. Helps develop and refine processes and procedures and communicates these operational measures and other information to installation partners.

    Responsible for KPls and reporting around installation activities, and supplier management.

    Vendor Management & Development:

    • Manage third party installer network and internal install team.
    • Owns relationship with external partners, including day to day operations (associate), training, and issue resolution.
    • Ensures the establishment of a total program and installer specific review process.
    • Manage contractual agreements with vendors related to professional installation.
    • Manage vendor invoice process
    • Partner with front line UScellular teams to build program awareness develop training with those teams.
    • Evaluate and sign on new suppliers.
    • Travel to installation sites to provide guidance on proper procedures.
    • Develop training materials and perform training sessions for suppliers.
    • Represent the Professional Installation solution among the wider business, including to frontline teams and leadership.

    Processes and Reporting:

    • Launch and then oversee the management of the unified appointment scheduling portal.
    • Manage cross functional installation tracking reporting, including maintaining program KPls .
    • Maintain and continuously improve installation process flows, including device troubleshooting collateral and vendor materials.
    • Collaborate with other teams, including Service Assurance and other cross functional teams to perform business functions and solve customer issues.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 7+ years experience working in a professional installation network, with at least 3 of those being management
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to travel

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to successfully lead across organizational boundaries, including strong relationship management skills
    • Ability to successfully communicate with technical and non-technical resources.
    • Proven project management and analytical skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups

    Salary rang $74,800-$112,934
