Job Summary and Qualifications

The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Director. The Registered Nurse must be strong decision makers and be able to keep patient confidentiality. The Registered Nurse practices autonomous, evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative environment, provides culturally sensitive care for all patients specific tour population served, and coordinates nursing care with regard to the wholeness of the patient while providing individualized care. The registered Nurse practices the art and science of nursing in accordance with professional standards of care and codes of ethics, and adheres to the principles of the FRMC Mission, Vision and Philosophy of nursing. This position requires workers to follow regulatory compliance and Service excellence to Internal and external customers. The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Director.

What qualifications you will need:

• Must hold a current RN license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS within first six months of hire.
• 6 months of recent experience in Endoscopy preferred or 1 year med-surgical experience.
