Experience:

12 months of Hospice experience is required.

Experience with McKesson is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 36

Work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, with a rotation to include Saturdays approximately every fourth week, allowing for a day off during the week to facilitate the rotation.

Home health experience required

Mckesson/Netsmart EMR experience strongly preferred
