Data Collection Technician
Our client, is seeking a Data Collection Technician to join their team. As a Data Collection Technician, you will be part of the AR/VR Product Data Operations team supporting the development of avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, superior analysis capabilities, and a technical mindset, aligning successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Data Collection Technician
Location: Onsite - Menlo Park/Burlingame
Pay Range: $25/hourWhats the Job?
- Conduct internal research studies, including participant sourcing, guiding through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Generate consistent reports, identifying trends and issues observed during data collections.
- Provide continuous and closed feedback loops for both internal and external collection teams to drive project success.
- Recruit internal participants through canvassing, posting, and other recruitment practices.
- Support training and improvement of external and internal teams, conducting weekly QA audits, and authoring guidelines for clarity.
Whats Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics, cognitive science, information systems).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
- Excellent people, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Superior analysis, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel).
