    The Opportunity

    Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Human Resources Assistant to support our operations and human resources teams at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri. Our ideal candidate is skilled at managing administrative tasks and employee training and has strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Maintain check-in records (schedules, time sheets, etc.) and provide reports on activities as needed.
    • Assist in the check-in process for associates and temporary staff.
    • Address timeclock issues and enroll employees in the system.
    • Answer associate questions and provide them with the appropriate documents/information needed.
    • Answer incoming calls at the front desk on game days.
    • Support the property in the hiring process by attending job fairs, participating in local workforce programs, interviewing candidates, making recommendations for hiring.
    • Help associates with their onboarding and new hire paperwork and badging.
    • Issue associate uniforms and meal cards.
    • Work with non-profit coordinator to check-in fundraising groups.
    • Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and extended hours, as needed. Schedules will vary due to home game days.
    • Previous administrative or equivalent experience required.
    • Able to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to consistently stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel.
    • Ability to lift 35lbs.
