Warehouse Specialist
ADP is hiring an Associate Warehouse Specialist.
As an Associate Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for picking product from warehouse/staging locations, ensuring accuracy by checking physical product vs. scanner, and staging picked product to production locations (manual, lettershop, wrap or print). You will also assemble benefits related material while reviewing product codes, using scanning systems and retrieving correct stock from the warehouse. This role is highly visible and requires attention to detail and QR standards to prevent errors in payroll/benefits quality and packaging for our clients.

What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:- Pick/Pack. You will pick, stage, and deliver product to production areas as needed.
- Shipping. You will need to ship product using various carriers and systems.
- Receiving. You will unload trucks and verify quantities of product as they come in.
- Operate warehouse equipment. You will operate warehouse equipment (such as power jacks, riders, cherry picker, and potentially others) for the movement of product while adhering to all appropriate safety requirements.
- Hours: 12:30pm - 9:00pm ET
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements- Up to one year of experience in customer service, retail, operations, food service, office clerk warehouse picking.
- High School Diploma/GED (preferred not required).
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications- A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
- More than 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
