Our client, in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Claims Admin to join their team. As a Claims Admin, you will be part of the claims department supporting theteam and customers. The ideal candidate will have communication, organizational and computer skills, which will align successfully in the organization. This will be a direct hire position.

Job Title: Claims Administrator

Location: Dalton, GA

Pay Range: $42,500 - $48,000

Whats the Job?

• Process, monitor, investigate and complete claims.
• Product Analysis related to claims.
• Communicate credit authorizations andadjustments,to accounting.
• Initiate, document, analyze, process, receive andcomplete CARs.

Whats Needed?

• A minimum of three years office, customer service or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office WORD, Excel and Outlook, Teams and experience with CAM programs.
• Associatesdegree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge ofCorrective Action Reports (CAR) Processes.
