Experience:

12 months of Hospice experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Shift: 8H Days 8a-5p or 8H Mids 11a - 8p

Scheduling: Monday- Friday with a Weekend Rotation every 4 - 6 weeks. Night and evening shift occasionally a few times a month depending on staffing

Guaranteed Hours 40

On call: Yes, based on needs

Patient Ratios: Up to 4 patients visits daily

Patient Types: Outpatient hospice

Will consider 1st time traveler if they have Hospice experience

Skills required: Patient assessment, Pain and Symptom management, Wound Care/Wound Vacs, IV, Teaching, Blood Draws

IV pumps: CADD pumps

Other notes: Serves Pierce County and South King County, Kitsap County

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Valid Drivers license required

Scrub Color: Any color or business casual attire (no crazy scrub prints or bright colors, denim, hoodies) must look professional
