FULL-TIME CONSTRUCTION LABORER/ SUPERVISOR POSITION

We are looking for an individual who can work with minimal supervision and also has the ability to lead a team. Primary job focus; shelf and racking system assembly for retail, warehouse, and cannabis grow facilities ACROSS THE US.

Requirement Include:
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of hand and power- operated hand tools
• Extensive overnight travel up to 85% of time (employer-paid miles, meals, and lodging)
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, work on the ground and/or on a ladder as needed
• Unload pallets from trucks, using manual and electric pallet jacks
• Must be able to work shifts of approximately 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Additional hours and weekend work may be required as deemed necessary to meet project schedules, customer demands, or vendor deadlines.
• Ability to interpret and follow instruction sheets, site layout drawings, and system build schematics
•Need to have a smart phone and the ability to take and send photos, confirm reservations, texts, and email job progress reports, copies of receipts or other job-related information
• Ability to read and write in English
