Service Technician

We are hiring Service Technicians for a Great South Tulsa Company!

Pay: $25 + depending on experience

Hours: 7:30-5pm

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily workflow of the Service group, including scheduling of RMAs, Validation Test, Service calls, or other tasks as assigned by SBU Manager.
• Providing root cause analysis data to applicable departments.
• Repair parts, assemblies performing mechanic tasks.
• Write detailed repair procedures and or test reports as directed
• Writes RMA's as required on units to be returned for repair or credit and prepares sales orders for RMA repairs.
• Provides field support as assigned; including on-site diagnostics, repairs, part sales, and customer presentations.
• Keeps record of service calls, sales orders, RMA's, warranties and credits as directed and required.
• Responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified

• Up to 3 years minimum related experience and/or training
• Great attitude and good attendance
• Experience with and/or great knowledge about hydraulic systems or products
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical/electronic systems
• Experience interacting with customer
• Experience writing reports (both for internal records and to be sent to customers)
