    Job Summary

    Develops and implements organizational changes meant to promote quality and efficiency improvements.

    Job Duties

    • Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements
    • Establish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose future state goals and objectives
    • Oversee implementation of process changes and track progress towards efficiency or quality goals
    • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
    • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
    • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Experience and Education

    • Perform work with a high degree of latitude.
    • Project management experience
    • Experience creating process documentation.
    • Handle the most complex issues.
    • Possess expert knowledge of subject matter.
    • MMOG (Materials Management Operations Guideline) experience is a plus.
    • Typically require a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience
    • May require Lean, Six Sigma or related certification
