Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Minimum 24 months of Inpatient/Outpatient PT experience - Required

Shift Notes: 8:00AM - 5:00PM/40 hours scheduled/32 hours guaranteed

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

On Call Requirements :On call schedule to be determined by facility

Maximum days off: 7 days

Proof of drivers license required to apply
