    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Prepare all assigned units, offices, and public areas for our guests.
    • Report any maintenance problems.
    • Clean public areas (i.e., wipe down stairwells, railings, walkways, and trash rooms, and maintain all trash bins) in compliance with all efficiency and quality standards.
    • Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby and ensure all glass doors are clean while ensuring the work area is clean.
    • Collect and replenish pool towels and track inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked, and dirty towels are removed.
    • Display a positive image at all times through appearance and conduct.
    Qualifications

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

    • Open and flexible availability, to include weekends and holidays
    • Cleaning background to include homes, offices, or hotels, preferred.
    • Customer service or similar related experience
