Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

3 months of travel experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Pulmonary Registered Respiratory Therapist

Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.

Provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in the Hospital and/or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and/or ventilatory support, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.

SHIFTS: Shift - 12hr Varied Shifts. On call,- no more than 3 in 4 weeks weekends- as scheduled , holidays- as scheduled and float as needed. May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
