An exceptional community hospital in the beautiful SF Bay Area is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the 26- bed ER unit. The Emergency Nurse Manager oversees nursing operations, staff, and quality of care provided in our fast-paced Emergency Department treating over 50 patients per day. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

As the Emergency Room Manager, youll manage, coach and lead a team of 30-35 nurses, create staff schedules and monitor metrics like patient satisfaction, average wait times, length of stay. The ER Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance and participating in ED workflow improvements and leading key department initiatives.

Requirements:

• Current RN license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 5+ years emergency nursing experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience as charge nurse or nursing supervisor
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation talents
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment
• Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail
