Reporting to theUnit Director, the Cardiology Nurse Manager will have be fully supported by executive leadership, an Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiology and the units staff in overseeing the units daily operations. The Nurse Manager Cardiology will have full departmental control of staffing, productivity, budget and service standards. The Cardiology RN Manager will have the opportunity to deliver high quality department outcomes, positive patient experiences and staff engagement.
