Who Were Looking for:

A talented, enthusiastic and proactive DevOps/Cloud Engineer who will assist in optimizing the development process to enable faster development flow by systematically reducing development cycle time and increasing built-in quality. In collaboration with developers, architects, and security professionals, you deliver automated software delivery practices focusing on full automation.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with program leads and cloud architects to translate vision into an executable roadmap
Develops a platform engineering capability to ship software through CI/CD pipelines
Develop, implement and maintain engineering standards
Evangelize automation, reduce click-ops, and collaborate across teams to simplify DevSecOps tools and services
Work closely with our customers and multi-vendor application teams to ensure that we are productizing software that meets all standards including, security, monitoring, performance and SLAs.
Simplify architecture and operations to increase efficiency, monitoring, performance and maintainability
Actively seek new approaches and elevate the team to higher standards
Build capabilities to create 'as a service' models for other teams to integrate and use them
Collaborate with other technical leads across our business to build cloud technology capabilities
Mentor individual team members, so they can meet and exceed expectations
Build and lead a team of Cloud Engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and certifications AND 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance
Passion Demonstrated ability to keep pushing for better results.
Technology 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience leading and developing complex applications using Terraform, Python/Java, setting up CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystem, Kubernetes, Cloud security tools, and Agile framework.
5 or more years proficiency in C, C#, and SQL for legacy system modernization.
Systems 5 to 10 years of experience demonstrating the ability to proactively identify areas of technical improvement to improve efficiency, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
Client Success Ability to become clients trusted advisor and maximize their satisfaction
Expression Ability to communicate in plain English complex technical information that others comprehend in writing or oral presentations.
Situation Ability to understand external and internal factors that affect our clients modernization journey

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with DevSecOps automation tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Experience with container and container management technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
Extensive experience of AWS/Azure/GCP services
Experience with installing, configuring, integrating, and maintaining tools and technologies like Jenkins, JIRA, SonarQube, Fortify, Git.
Knowledge of cyber vulnerabilities and threat tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
