An established acute care hospital located in eastern Connecticut is currently searching for an experienced Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager to join their award-winning organization.

Reporting to the Operating Room Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager will work as a clinical expert within the surgical services department. The Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee the surgical staff, direct daily work flow, support organization team members, and ensure the quality of patient care provided in the surgical department.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Nursing
• Current licensure in good standing with the State of Connecticut
• CNOR certification is preferred
• Prior Charge or Supervisory experience
