????Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine Physician MD/DO)

We are hiring a Physician to join our exceptional clinical team. This position involves delivering quality-focused primary care services to the rural underserved. As a provider at our organization, you will work closely with advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Medical School and completion of Residency training
• Active and up-to-date licensing, certification, and other necessary credentials
• Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources are desirable.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Clinical experience required, experience in serving low-income and uninsured patients is valued
• Experience with health IT systems is required, preferably with EPIC EMR
