Job Summary and Qualifications

The manager performs administrative tasks, patient related tasks and supervises the Progressive Care department, staff and program. The manager monitors and evaluates the nursing care delivered on the PCU unit in accordance with established policies/procedures. The manager oversees resource management with assistance from the unit director to operate within the fiscal budget. The manager models a commitment to the organizations vision/mission/values and acts as a coach to direct reports to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to the overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
• 1+ years of applicable experience

Lee's Summit Medical Center is an 80+ bed full-service hospital. We serve Lees Summit and surrounding areas. Our services are supported by more than 300 physicians who represent more than 40 specialties. We have more than 500 highly trained colleagues and 60 volunteers.
