The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager will manage 80+ staff with 5 direct reports. The Birth Center RN Manager will an integral hands-on leader with oversight of implementing Process Improvements, Clinical Nursing Practice, and Quality initiatives. The Birth Center RN Manager will also lead professional development efforts and training for the nursing staff.
