Do you enjoy spending more time with your patients? Our Occupational Therapist provide personalized One-to-One care that makes a noticeable difference in the lives of our patients. Our clinicians are the heart of our company - the BrightSTARS to our patients.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care in the patients home.
• Develop and implement an individualized treatment/care plan tailored to each patients needs.
• Document and report patients progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare providers, family members, staff etc. on plan of care, patient progress and goals.
• Assess the home environment, especially as it relates to safety risks.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• An unencumbered license as an Occupational Therapist in state of practice.
• One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist; preferably in home care.
