Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Shift: Sun - Th

Mandatory Skills: Acute Care Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment skills for variable diagnoses, ages and populations, with emphasis on Med/Surg, PCU, ED and ICU; strong discharge planning; highly collaborative with clear communication; EPIC electronic documentation proficiency preferred, but not mandatory.

Patient Types: Ortho; Neuro; General medical and surgical; Amputee; Total Joint program participants; Psych; Cardiac; Vent/trach/ICU level care

Floating: potential to cover both Auburn and Covington Medical Centers based on census needs (if necessary)

Scrub Color: any color scrubs or business casual; no open toed shoe

Background in Acute Care strongly preferred
