The Director willwork closely with 3 Unit Managers overseeing 200 nurses and staff. The Director of Nursing will be pivotal in delivering exceptional care to residents.The selected candidate will lead the nursing team, oversee clinical operations, and ensure that our long-term care facility maintains the highest standards of care, safety, and quality.
