Experience:

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.

Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Weekend rotation: none noted

Coverage area: one of these two:

1) Medford and surrounding

2) Ashland, Talent, Phoenix

Any overtime must be pre-approved.

HomeCare HomeBase/Pointcare experience required

Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
